We are currently looking for doctoral candidates, postdocs and professors from our faculty who would like to help organize DissCovery Day. Whether with a poster, a short presentation in the program, or as a discussion partner on-site to answer questions.If you're interested in being a part of this event, please contact the organizing team!
3 PM: Welcome
3:10 PM: A Bag of Oddities – Three Short Stories from Everyday Life with a Dissertation
3:20-3:45 PM: Gallery Walk - Poster exhibition on current doctoral projects
3:45-4:15 PM: Break
4:15-5:15 PM: Parallel program sessions:
- Seminar room: Mini-workshop on “Confidently Navigating Your Doctoral Studies” for doctoral candidates at the beginning of their studies
- Auditorium: Info session: Topic selection, funding, supervision – shaping the start of your doctoral studies
5:15-5:30 PM: Short Break
5:30–6:00 PM: Fair of Opportunities – everything related to doctoral studies at the Faculty of Philosophy at HHU
6:00 PM: End of the event
