About me

Since 2010, I have been working at the Faculty of Arts and Humanities as a science manager and am committed to the interests and individual support of early stage researchers.

After taking over the management of the Graduate Academy philGRAD in 2014, I am constantly striving to further professionalise my areas of activity. To this end, I have completed, among other things, both a one-year coaching training and an equally long mediation training on a part-time basis. This enables me to provide the best possible interdisciplinary support for doctoral researchers and postdocs. I tailor not only the diverse workshop programme but also my individual counselling services in the form of individual and group coaching to their needs. I am always open to suggestions and ideas for expanding the programme. It is very important to me not only to provide young researchers with advice and support during all phases of their research work, but also to accompany them professionally in cases of conflict.

Another matter close to my heart is the networking of young academics within the Faculty of Arts and Humanities. For this reason, I not only support doctoral researchers with their own ideas, such as the philFAELTIG network, but also organise faculty-wide events, such as the annual fireside chat, summer festivals or the science slam "Heinrich". Bringing all members of the faculty together, creating space and opportunities to have fun and exchange ideas together beyond the desk or lecture hall is really important to me and always gives me and everyone involved a lot of pleasure!
